How do I feel? How should I feel? Is this something? Should it be something? Is quinoa still the wunderkind of the health store circuit? Or was that mired from the rumored plight of Bolivian farmers, who could no longer afford their own crops? Do you honor the Spanish pronunciation of kee-no-uh, or favor the more exotic keen-wa? How many dishes can you even work quinoa into until enough is enough? Is quinoa the new kale? Or are those both just kind of whatever now? Am I really behind in the farmer’s market worldview? Did you know the UN declared 2013 the International Year of Quinoa? Did you know that was something the UN could do? Does this mean quinoa’s not over, it’s never over? Would you even drink this? Is whiskey just whiskey, quinoa or no?

“Bay van der Bunt, a Netherlands native, has spent much of his life amassing what he claims to be the world’s largest collection of old liquors. His collection holds more than 5,000 bottles, including cognacs dating back to 1789.
But now van der Bunt, who has no children or potential heirs, is selling the entire lot. He hopes to sell to a single buyer, and expects the collection to bring in some $8 million.”
